Professor of Shri Sarvajanik Pharmacy College Bags 13^th National  Honour (12/10/2011)Professor Dr. Dhrubo Jyoti Sen of has been honoured by Seva Chakra Puraskar from AajTak News Channel for excellent performance in educational sector on 17^th September 2011 at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. Total 9 persons have been selected from different fields and Dr. D J Sen is the first person from pharmaceutical field in Gujarat and India to get this prestigious honour. He has published 118 scientific papers in various peer reviewed national and international journals, co-authored 127 national and international conference papers and has guided 20 MPharm students. He is recognized PhD guide of three Indian Universities.

Pharma Rally has been organized on 25/11/2010 as a part of National Pharmacy Week Celebration 2010. Total five pharmacy colleges, Druggist and Chemist Association and members of IPA Mehsana Branch joined this Pharma rally. More than 500 students joined this Rally for the awareness of medicines.
